Justification of the problem of using an extremely high bench press arch as a subjective element of the competitions rules of powerlifting

چکیده

In order to reduce the amplitude of bench press, athletes use a specific technical element "arch", which involves significant bending back. The "arch" allows indicators mechanical work, amount applied force, trajectory vertical movement bar and distance travelled by bar. problem using an extremely high press arch during is important task modern sports practice. goal study ways objectifying rules powerlifting competitions. To solve set goal, we used following research methods: analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction, extrapolation, generalization practical experience, pedagogical methods (observation). objectify competition, have suggested making revision in section, will make it impossible perform "zero press" due reducing extreme height "arch". edition competition provides for regulation elbow joint angle determining position lower surface joints each arm, should be at or below upper corresponding shoulder while holding barbell on chest stomach. Our proposed way section makes with arch, balances opportunities achieve result "bridge". according new version rules, who previously "bridges" need width hand grip barbell, back bend press.
